MOTOWN SOUL WEEKENDER 2016 Whitby

For those who want a lighter weekender with more familiar favourites from the world of Motown and Soul's golden era(60's-80's), Whitby Pavilion is the perfect venue.

On the clifftop looking over the beautiful town of Whitby, North Yorkshire.

Already a massive hit with its July Northern Soul Weekend, this 2nd event at the famous venue, brings 2 nights of glorious music to one of the best locations on the East Coast. The wonderful town of WHITBY..

Friday, 8.pm-2am Saturday 8pm-2am with A Major Classic Soul group and 2nd act TBA shortly (on stage 11pm) with full backing band live on stage.

Main level(8pm-2am)- Motown, 60's-80's Club and Disco Classics, Familiar Dance floor favourites. Huge Stage, Classic Soul on the big screen and Competition prizes.

Downstairs(9pm-2am)- Stomping Northern Soul from the heady days of Wigan Casino, Twisted Wheel, Cleethorpes, The Torch etc.

plus the Marketplace with stalls and a fabulous 70's/80's Disco soundtrack to enjoy!

Additional venue to go to.... Thursday Warm up Rifle Club 8pm-1am (Ltd entry-first come, first served) and the *Pier Bar* 1-4pm Friday and Saturday.
