The Lansbury is a clean friendly family run bed and breakfast accommodation.
Our aim is to make your stay here as pleasant and relaxing as possible. What makes us unique to other B&B s is I hold the opinion guests are paying for my services so the rooms and the laundry are cleaned by ourselves which is out sourced by most B&B’s in Whitby we are also one of the few B&B owners who actually originate from Whitby.
We took over in March 2004 and have fully renovated each room to a good standard making improvements each year to keep it that way. The volume of returning guests and reviews from are guests show we are getting right. We have 1 ground king-size and 4 superior super kingsize/3 twin beds all with double en-suite showers and 1 normal doubles with shower en-suite. All rooms have freeview tv and free WiFi.
More Details
We are based on the West Cliff of Whitby which places it a five minute walk from both the town centre and the beach.
