Ideally located in Whitby 5 mins walk from the centre of Whitby and only 5 mins walk to the West Cliff for direct access down to the beach and sea. We are a small family friendly bed and breakfast with free off street parking directly outside our guest house with one parking space for each room with instant access.
All rooms have en suite facilities (this varies from separate shower bath or shower facilities over the bath). All rooms have fridge tv with freesat tea/coffee making facilities and luxurious soft fluffy towels. We have 4 double bedrooms one family room and one twin bedroom. Our twin bedroom can be made up as a double – please add this into the special requests when you book or call us. Some rooms can also accommodate a travel cot – please request this at time of booking. Our rooms are all situated on the first and second floors with access via stairs.

All rates include full cooked breakfast plus we also have a choice of specials for guests wanting something different for breakfast. All our bread is home made and all products are sourced from Yorkshire.
